  Best for family and friends

  My family enjoyed and loved the pool especially the lazy river and slides.. hotel offers a lot of activities, kids can never go bored.. breakfast is good.. the only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, can hear people outside the room.. but overall it was fun and will definitely stay again..

  Great hotel but...

  Inflatables advertised in brochure were closed the whole duration of our vacation which was a huge disappointment for the children and also reports from other parents of inappropriate behaviour from lifeguards towards teenage girls and when reported no action taken from management towards those individuals.

  Fantastic Family Hotel

  We have just come home from a weeks stay and we all said we would love to return next year. The staff were amazing with our children, always welcoming with a smile and hello. We used the spa, gym, candy spa and the family mirage lounge during our stay. The gym was super clean, perfect workout temperature and open 24/7. Our daughter had her hair braided in the candy spa which she loved! We had breakfast in the family mirage lounge every morning, the kids could go and play whilst we ate breakfast first, then when ready join us. The hotel was safe, clean and perfectly laid out. Our son loved the virtual football game! We wouldn't hesitate about returning!

  I recently had an incredible stay at Centara Mirage Dubai, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service we received, especially fromASWIN, one of the lifeguards. Over the course of two days ASWIN was incredibly attentive and took excellent care of my daughters. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to safety truly made our experience memorable. The resort itself is stunning, with fantastic amenities and a wonderful atmosphere, but it's the dedication of staff members like ASWIN that really sets it apart. I highly recommend Centara Mirage Dubai to families looking for a perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!

  What a brilliant place to stay!

  Our first faily holiday and all of us loved thsi experience. Staff, facilities and food were brilliant. The location isnt as far as we thought to find places to eat. We had a b&b board basis booking. The cleanlinless was amazing.

  Great family hotel

  Fantastic facilities for all the family, I especially liked the children's play center where you can drop of your children for a few hours while the parents get to enjoy the spa facilities. The babies shaded pool area is a great idea for the younger ones.

  Best hotel for family 💯

  Back for the 4th time and as usual had an amazing stay. My kids love it here! :) Very good breakfast Spacious room (thanks for the upgrade 😊) Great facilities Lots of activities for the kids Btw i love the cheesecake being sold at the lobby Will definitely be back again.

  Perfect summer holiday

  We loved our holidays, everything was perfect, besides some other hotel guests, they could not behave, mostly Russian. Pools were great and not hot at all. The lifeguards, waiters and staff were great and so helpful in anything! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel!

  Wish they improve as10th time disappointed 😞

  it's not the first time i go there wuth my family , my stay in general was average not excellent like last time , this time was the 10th time for me , check in was perfect but the room type as the furniture design on it not same as we stay before ( the cabinet was at the room not in corridor as usual ) which made us feel the room is so small and tight to move with kids , but the view was amazing , the hotel offered another room as i had some electricity and tv issue in my room but since the other room were same size and design so we moved on with the same room even it was one week stay but anyway we came to enjoy , cleaners were so good and for me breakfast is my favourite at sheesh restaurant on the 8th floor , karim was serving my coffee once i arrive as he knows my favourite 😍, always he was around for my family comfort, fifa at reception were amazing also by trying to change the room for me but as the hotel was really busy it was hard to find the perfect room. this time, the lazy river still had these sharp objects that they should have fixed for almost 6 months ago, and it was really annoying because of the smell . also, the waterfalls that were not working , which made us wonder why they didn't fix it for a long time . people came to enjoy because of those small details. the thing that i really didn't like personally was the attitude of sands beach club restaurant , they were totally un professional in serving and taking order (no body took my order till i went to bring a staff my self) i waited for almost 7 minutes after he served the food for just the cutlery to start to eat which made the food already cold . the food was really delicious, but waiting so long made it cold and lost the value of the chef hard work
