Amazing Experience
The centara staffs are very welcoming and attentive. Nothing is impossible. They are very approachable no matter how big or small your problem is. I stayed here for my bachelorette trip and I can say Centara made me feel like absolute royalty. The breakfast buffet has so much variety, try not to eat everything on the first day! Kam was very kind and attentive, always smiling which made the breakfast buffet such a wonderful experience. The room is always cleaned, it doesn’t matter what time you leave the hotel, the staff will come clean the room when you are out. The staffs were very reachable, no matter how late it is at night. The location of the hotel is superb, right at the best shopping centers which caters to different budget. You can always ask the staffs to call you any taxi and the price is pretty similar to what you get on grab. No ripped off! The gym facility is amazing with awesome gym classes. Close to shopping area but need more work on In room dining services, lobby area and `TV channels
The hotel is good in term of access to shopping areas, however, I find it very procy considering the following. They need to be more considerate in providing pork/ham free varieties. The TV channels need more attntion as they are either THi focus or provide English movies in THi or dubbed. The lobby area needs improvement as no enough spaces are provided. Very convenient location and nice hotel
First time staying at this hotel with wonderful location, fits very well in rainy days that you don't have to go outside and can hang out for few days to explore the entire Central World. Glad to see restaurants I used to go were still there. Opposite to bigC and walkable to Siam Paragon makes life easier.
