This is a great hotel! Staff, rooms, location - all exceptional!
I have stayed at this hotel several times and will return again. The receptionist (s) are warm, friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping is always doing a good job. The location is near a market, restaurants and walking distance to beach, and somewhat close to the airport. The receptionist, Sarisa is especially kind, professional and helpful!

Great value for money
Very nice receptionist upgraded us to non-smoking family suite. I can't imagine spending a night in a smoking room. Pool was hot, but climate seemed a little unhealthy. We missed some towels. Supermarket is nearby.

Nice and comfortable stay
The hotel is nicely located and easy to find. Rooms for the price are fairly sized. The pool is small and other recreational facilities are not there. There is nothing specific for the kids

Best value in Muscat!
This must be the best value and service in muscat. We tried 2 alternative hotels one time when the hotel was full and returned straight back here. It is the 3rd year we have been vacationing in oman and this is our number 1 choice!

Very good
I liked there, a nice and quiet place, good behavior and services. I can recommend here . If you want to visit the city it is somehow far so you can take a taxi or rent a car.

A good rest
I decided to take a few quiet days on the coast before returning to Saudi Arabia. Very restful. The staff works hard, the chef at Hong Thai is good, and Natty is terrific - she is very helpful, knowledgeable of Muscat, and runs the hotel like a clock.

Nice and peaceful hotel
This hotel is so clean and good near the hotel have a big supermarket and gas station the pool have a nice view and the staff is soo nice and kind (Natty, Sarisa, ashoka)

Great location and friendly staff
The staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Check in and checkout was easy. We always had water, tea and coffee in the room.

Gathering with friends and it’s best hotel I had experience
It’s awesome 🤩 Food delicious Friendly staff Rooms are accommodate and maintain well Top views are mesmerising Swimming pool and gym facilities are there but did not use… The view from room is too good and it’s in front of beach and the sunrise experience was amazing.

Very good hotel would recommend
Very good hotel to stay at. Would recommend staying here either for business or for family. Family friendly hotel. Very good reception and housekeeping attended to all my needs. Rooms are big size and also the A/C in the room is very good especially in those hot times.

Budget friendlly..
If you need a budget friendly hotel this is the place to go. Swimming pool is quite small but clean and decent enough. Accessible to few restaurants and a mini supermarket. Staffs are friendlly. Rooftop vpanoramic view is great you get the city view on one side and sea view on the other.

My Vacation
We stayed in Al Hail waves hotel and it was very good experience . Airport to hotel around 15 minutes and hotel located near to the beach . Restaurant food price is not very high price and affordable. Close to hotel there is a supermarket and can buy food there . There is also Pizza Hut and Turkish food . Thanks for the memorable stay

Stayed at Al Hail waves hotel and it was very good . Hotel located near to beach area and easy access. Hotel has restaurant and food was good . Also hotel near to the airport. Al mouj is good in the evening time .
