Very nice hotel super nice workers
The hotel was super cute and super nice. My only recommendation would be for the rooms to have slightly better lighting. It can be slightly dim even in the most peak of the day.

Best Hotel
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and the staff provided outstanding service. However, I would like to suggest some improvements in the cleaning process, as I encountered a few issues during my stay. That being said, as soon as I brought it to their attention, they promptly deep-cleaned our room without any hesitation and even apologized for the inconvenience. Their professionalism and willingness to ensure guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I particularly appreciated that the room looked exactly as advertised in the pictures.

Nice clean hotel
Very nice and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows. We really enjoyed our stay at Centara life. The location was good and close to many attractions like Grand palace, Khaosan street etc. The staff at the reception and every staff member at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Pastry items at the breakfast were tasty. Would definitely recommend Centara life to anyone.

Good Hotel
Great family stay. Clean and well equipped hotel. The staff is very friendly. We will definitely come back. If we have to give a small minus, the cold water of the swimming pool is due to its exposure.

Probably the best stay in Bangkok. Worth it!
We stayed for one week and we really enjoyed our stay. We had the best experience service wise and every staff we encountered were professional, friendly and very attentive. A big shoutout to the concierge/security guards during the AM shift, Mr. Banks and Mr. Kwang, who both always had a big smile on their faces and always greeted us and assisted us everytime they see us (they greeted and assisted every guests too!) the guestroom was spacious and lively, we booked the deluxe king room and it was worth it! We had a beautiful view of the pool and a balcony. Such a chill vibe. The overall service is amazing and I now know which hotel to re-book for when I return to Bangkok!

Elevating the essentials
Unpretentious yet with attention toe detail, modern and well kept, well located. Greta choice if you need in Phra Nakhon. My room faced the temple, and had traffic during the day, you cannot avoid the rattle and hum in such a lively city

Fantastic Hotel and Location
I stayed here for one night from 19th to 20th October 2024. From the moment I arrived, the security guard was very helpful and polite. The check-in process took about five minutes, and the staff at the lobby provided excellent service and detailed information about the hotel. They also offered to escort me to my room. The room was very clean and tidy, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere created by the soft lighting. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff at the restaurant provided great service. The hotel's location is convenient for traveling to Bangkok's CBD and offers easy access to cultural attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business stays.
