The hotel for business meeting
Overall service is above average. Hotel environment is clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Good in-room service. Not far (only 15 min drive) from Charn at the Avenue, where you can enjoy variety of food and buy small present for your friends and family.

One of my favorite stays in Bangkok!
Second time I have stayed here at this Centara. Whenever my wife and I have to make our annual trip to Immigration in Bangkok we have stayed here. Just a short walk away from Immigration so you can show up in the early morning to receive a low queue number. Other than being close to the Immigration they have a great breakfast, lunch buffet and A La Carte options for food. As well it is a quick grab away from Charn at the Avenue which has a lot of food options and The M Lifestyle Mall. Staff is always great there! This past time the room cleaners on our floor did an exceptional job, going over the top each day when they didn't need to. One of them was named Naw. Thank you for your hard work Naw and was a blessing to meet you. Couldn't recommend this place enough and excited to stay here again and other future Centara locations.

Centara Life
This hotel is great for specific guests. However, if you are just visiting, it is way too far from any tourist destination. At best, it is a shuttle ride ( or a 2 km walk) from the building to the BTS to get anywhere. When the government offices close in the late afternoon, so do all of the banks and eateries. You will have to go very far for anything that is not inside the hotel. If you are at the Government Center for a conference, then it's great; if not, book a hotel in the CBD.

Wheelchair friendly
I stayed at Centara Life with my college on a wheelchair. The room is not too small for her wheelchair to move around. The toilet and shower are equipped with racks so my college can easily use it. The wardrobe itself even has a lower rack so she can hang her clothes. My overall experience is superb. Only there is no electric socket near by the working desk so i couldn't plug my laptop with electricity. Oh! and the pillows are a bit to high.

I feel comfortable after flight back to Bangkok. Room very nice and big even budget room. Staffs are lovely and could check in quickly. Easy to get restaurant on 4th floor. Food is delicious. This hotel is perfect for me to get some rest and relax.

Good hotel to stay
Everything is good, cleaned room, good service, quite room, no traffic, parking is OK, front desk is very good, Wi-Fi is very good, overall service is very good, However, I suggested that TV in room should be bigger.

Good service and nice room
Good service from the receptionist. Clean and tidy room. Enjoying stay here. Good location, not far from the train red line to go to the DMK airport or other station to trains it to mrt/bts to go around bkk city.

Perfect for those visiting BKK Immigration offices.
BEST location for immigration visits. Clean & professional. The restaurant had a private buffet going, but they still seated us and took care of us. The Tom Ka Gai and Massaman Curry were both excellent.

Great hotel with a nice staffs
Great welcome since we arrived the hotel. The front desk staffs are very nice both during and after stay. We found a problem on uploading the test&go result, and the staffs are very nice as they try to help to solve problems.

Don Meuang hotel option
Spacious clean rooms with water kettle and coffee/tea. Fast WiFi connection and extremely helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Somewhat difficult to find, without assistance of Apple/Google Maps. Great for overnight stay between flights, but not well located (next to convention centre on government complex), for access to restaurants or shopping. Great comfy beds.

A nice, comfy stay!
I would really recommend the place for a few nights stay,. The staff and the place is warm and welcoming. Even though I think there was a TV crew at the hotel for a shooting and the actress (a chirpy one) may have said some racist comments about me being black or Whatever (can't stop the stereo types). But not the fault of the hotel, hotel staff guided me through the situation quite nicely.

Comfortable and conveniant
Friendly, helpful and professional staff. The hotel's location is perfect whenever you have business at the government buildings in Chaeng Wattana. Well sized, clean and overall very good rooms. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, but was closed this year due to the current covid situation. A la carte breakfast was good, as well, with very friendly and accommodating breakfast/kitchen staff. We have stayed at the hotel several times and will come back. Highly recommended

Satisfactory.
Room is ok for me. Not fabulous but satisfactory. Staffs at the lobby area were well trained and very helpful. I didn’t have an opportunity to use other facilities such as coffee shop or restaurant so I can’t give the comment regarding those stuffs. Overall, this small business hotel was good value for money!

Good place to stay
Nice place to stay and you can just simply chill-out in the hotel or go out to some department store or restaurant nearby because the hotel is located in the convenient place. Good staffs. Clean and well-managed.

Golden ticket
I have applied for centara golden ticket. Although there are many negative comments on the property and this promotion, I was proud to say this is the best promotion ever. This gave me opportunities to explore many hotels I'd never been through. Thank you very much to Centara.

Good & pleasant
Good & pleasant to stay.. although quite far from the main city centre.. The aircondition system maybe slightly loud to my comfort, however everything else were good.. The room service was nice as well.. and the staffs are very helpful especially at the reception
