Very warm welcome and very good farewell from very very good staff Mim and Box at reception. The cleanliness of the swimming pool should be improve. You have Indian customers all over your hotel but no Indian food but however, our trip is good here.

Incredible experience
We had an amazing experience during our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and were quite impressed by the staffs and environment. The location might be too far for someone who wants to stay near beach area but if you’re looking for quiet and laid back atmosphere then this hotel is the perfect stay. We were well greeted and the staffs are very friendly. Only improvements that I would like to see is on proper communication and timely management.

Room was mountain facing which was amazing, we had a balcony with chairs , pool was neat and clean , staff were very polite and helpful

Go for it - Cliff View is Absolute Worth
The staff is very helpful and pleasing. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Lovely experience. The only downside is property is around 1.5km far to reach market for restaurant and explore area.

Very nice and peaceful place with kind staff and good surroundings , will love to stay there again , maybe having a in room cost shuttle transfer from airport would be nice , they already offer a shuttle to the beach for free

A great affordable hotel with excellet views
Nice hotel. I loved the decoration, the pool and the location. It is 20 minutes walk from the beach but full of restaurants and shops among other businesses. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is kept clean. The menu at the restaurant is limited and pricy but there are heaps of other options around. The parking was really good and the staff members exceeded my expectation. I would recommend this hotel to everyone specially if you get a good deal as I did due to low season.

Wonderful resort to stay in Krabi
I had a great time at the resort. As soon as you enter the place it had a wonderful vibe. The entire staff would always greet you with a smile.

Clean room, Close to Ao Nang but need to improve Service
The room is sparking! When you compare the price and the room is reasonable and wouldn’t come back again. Only downsides are I was waiting for my dinner for an hour to be served A COLD HOTPOT!!! All my friends finished their dinner but me?? They gave a complimentary fruit? I needed food more than fruit at that time. No one helped with a big luggage neither

Centara Life Phu Pana Resort - Value for money Family Room
We stayed as a family (couple with 3 kids) in a family room in Centara Life Phu Pano. The room has a double bunk bed and a king size bed, which is just about sufficient for our family of 5 as our 2 younger kids are 8 and 10 year old. It is quite value for money and the view from the balcony and swimming pool is nice. The breakfast buffet also has quite a decent spread of Asian and Western items. Con - The resort is a little far from the main shops along Ao Nang Walking Street.
