The stay was good, and the room service was excellent. To make a customer’s experience happy and memorable, it’s essential to provide tasty and delicious food. A delicious meal leaves a lasting impression, thanks to a skilled chef leading the restaurant. Adding more food options and labeling them properly would also make things easier for guests. Additionally, there was no glass or water on the table, which is a standard expectation. However, the view was awesome.

If I get chance to visit Muscat again I will be staying at same property however it's about 55km away from khazaen industrial zone.

My short stay at Centra
The hotel staff is so kind! Especially the lady at the front desk reception is exceptionally kind and very polite. I had problems with my international card payment, but she handled the situation very considerately and patiently. Thank you to her! The location is great, close to many restaurants. Excellent wifi. For the price, it is a comfortable and a great place to stay. :) Also, I had to change my travel dates abruptly, and they were kind to accommodate my changes in a very timely and considerate manner. Excellent team!

The place very cool but Swimming pool not operating,restaurant for dinner not pick calls.The zenjibar lady always smiling at the front. I like the hotel and the places around the hotel like 24hrs shop.

Great place to stay
Lovely staff and room. Very helpful and courteous. I was upgraded even though I checked in a day later as my original flight had been cancelled. The only confusion was that I was driven to the sister hotel in muscat first as they have similar names

It was wonderful hotel specially as per price it was magnificent all the staff cleanliness rooms all was very good, the front desk guy(forgot his name) was so nice and cooperative, been first time in any Centra hotel but it was very good experience

Pleasant place to stay with ypur family.
This place i will give a good recommendation for its affordable yet good location you can access easily anywhere you want from the city. We came here in 3 times already and we experience rhe same pleasant home friwndly ambiance.

The stay was wonderful, the staff is very friendly as well. And they provide amineties like pool, spa gym as well. Would love to stay back again, its My go to stay place, the prices are also very reasonable

Quiet and cozy hotel
Fast wifi, they have excellent service and professional staff. Many shops around the place so mostly everything you need is there. The room is simple and basic but its clean. Near the malls and other known establishments.
