Great Hotel in Chiang Mai
Well run hotel with friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to front door staff and restaurant staff. Room servicing was excellent as was laundry service.

A stylish Grand Hotel
Large rooms, fabulous breakfast buffet. stylish and spacious lobby/bar area in retro look. Pool and gym looked good but we did not have the time to use them, the 40+ temples took all our time. A quiet neighborhood.

Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai rocks!
This is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. We could find no faults. The staff was warm and friendly and looked out for our needs. They bent over backwards to help us when we needed help.The room and hallways were large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful too! Our only complaint was that the air conditioning in the common areas was way too cold.

Please see previous review. It is an exceptionally well staffed hotel, good management and most helpful. A very relaxed large hotel on the river side with most comfortable large rooms and quiet ambience.

Fantastic experience
I enjoyed staying at Centera hotel as the staff was welcoming and very helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. There was very good food wit a lot of variety. There was a gym, swimming pool, spa and massage room those made you pass a good time and relax. Overall I am very happy with the hotel and can recommend it to anyone.

Really nice hotel
Had a wonderful stay and all the staff were amazing! The bar had a very good selection to choose from with friendly bar staff that went above and beyond to create drinks as we like them. The dim sum lunch was super!

Amazing Place
All together it is a very good hotel for staying some days in Chiang Mai. There are always Tuktuks in front of the hotel Therefore you come quick to the historic district. The breakfast was very good.

Great hotel
This was a great hotel in Chiang Mai, we enjoyed our time here. The pool area was the main attraction for us in staying here and it did not disappoint. The pool was large enough to do laps, and the pool deck was also large.

Lovely stay at Centara Chiang Mai
Really comfortable hotel on the banks of the Ping River. Rooms were super quiet with a fab view. Rooms slightly dated but we didn’t mind that at all. Good breakfast selection - shame we couldn’t eat it on the terrace outside due to cheeky pigeons

Good way to stay in Chiang Mai
Great Hotel in the middle of the city. The view on the river is superb. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast buffet is just amazing. Only the gym and the front desk staff could be improved. But overall, absolutely recommended.

Wow!!!
Just returned home after an incredible stay in the Hotel. We booked the suite and watched the fireworks display from across the city. Earlier we had the New Year Eve dinner which was superb. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning by the Ping River was a calming end to a truly memorable stay.

Excellent facilities
Great facilities, room, lobby, restaurant, gym and swimming pool. It is a bit disappointing to find out that my booking was not included for buffet breakfast. Need to spent 250 baht per breakfast, but it was worth paying and meals were excellent.

Centara riverside
Comfortable to go anywhere in Chiangmai and others attractive tourist places I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights staying with families. Convenient for car parking and way to travel to tourist places. The hotel not new but good maintenances and good river view so admit able to stay there.

My stay at the Centara
Your staff were very polite, friendly and professional. Hotel is very well maintained. I used the exercise room many times and found plenty of equipment for my needs. The pool area was also very nice and well appointed.

Impressive
Beautiful, impressive lobby and staircase, friendly, welcoming staff, very professional who take pride in their work. Manager even welcomed us. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Meals are excellent with good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit at the buffet.
