Great resort. Perfect for families with kids.
Great place to relax for families. Well located in the island and with direct access to the beach. Staff are very friendly, althought service can be sometimes slow. Overall we recommend this beautiful resort for any families travelling with small kids to Koh Chang.

Very nice stay for a family
Nice location and the outdoor areas were really nice. The cabanas was also nice and spacious. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is that the two pool areas need some maintenance work.

Koh Chang first experience
First trip to Centara Koh Chang Tropicana Resort did not impress me the way I expected. But all in all satisfied to our Koh Chang - Bangkok trip.

Great service
Really nice resort, friendly staff, nice beach and quiet area, easy to get to other locations, we got as always a scooter to come around, but only few minutes walk from main road. We forgot some stuff in cabana when leaving, just made a call to reception in the evening, and the find a solution to send my gear to our next island, excellent effort.

My stay in Koh Chang [November 2024]
By far, the best beach resort we have experienced. Location by the beach, access to motorbike for a fee... The establishment is surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees.

Very nice resort . Would highly recommend to anyone. Only problem was the key cards for the room doors don’t work properly. The doors don’t open on the first try. Maybe on the 4th to 5th try they will open. And most often the room gets cleaned late afternoon . Not in the morning when most people are gone .

Dream on a Tropical Island
I had the desire, to enjoy a quiet vacation at a tropical beach, just relaxing underneath some palm trees. And it was perfectly fulfilled at this resort. Everything was calm, the music, the staff, the atmosphere. The resort is designed like the Europeans imagine a tropical island, I lived in an idyllic jungle garden, surrounded by watercourses, thatched roofs, palm trees, exotic nature, many colorful butterflies and flowers, white sand beaches with palm trees, hammocks and a swing, turkquise water. It was the tropical island experience, I dreamed of.

A very nice and quiet hotel with private beach, a very friendly team. Would recommend to anyone, friend, family wanting an all inclusive break on the beautiful private beach. Hotel staffs are very friendly.

the resort is located on a very nice place and it is created really beautiful, a lot of flowers and trees, it's really a beautiful place to stay. the Bungalow is very nice, the bed comfortable, we would come back if we stay at koh chang one more time

Hidden Paradise
Everything was perfect. Wonderful area and very clean. Everyone is friendly. The beach is beautiful and you have breakfast with a very good view. Pool(s) are also great. Also the spa. Perfect with kids.
