Major construction works going on, not communicated or informed prior to our arrival. Constant noise, diggers near the pool, men working, cranes and you’re meant to sit by the pool and ignore it. Everything else was good.

Friendly staff and atmosphere
Had a good stay. Overall everything was fine. We got help with changing room because the loud music that bothered us from outside in the first room, much appreciated.

Great Family Vacation Experience
Value for money. Good hotel for our family of 6. Great location with so many shops nearby. 400m from Karon Beach. Food was great and affordable. Pools were excellent (3 x swimming pools). Newly refurbished hotel so everything was new. Spa was great. Friendly staff. Will surely come back when we’re in Phuket!

Karon beach holiday
I stayed as a solo guest for 7 nights in June, the resort was great from check in to check out. My room was a lagoon pool view , very big room with an extremely comfy king bed. Very clean and tidy with housekeeping daily if required. Breakfast at Azure restaurant was very good with lots of choices. The resort pools were all clean , lots of pool lounges. Location is great, a little back from the main road so pretty quiet, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of shops and food places close by. Temple market on Tuesday and Friday evenings were good for a wander around. Overall I definitely recommend the Centara Karon Resort, for solos and for families.

Fantastic place for relaxation
Was a fantastic place for relaxing, not much around but local markets and beaches. Can however travel to do more either by booking tours or tuk tuk or taxi to surrounding suburbs. Staff very amazing, professional and kind

Perfect Hotel to stay at Karon beach.
Very comfortable hotel with a great territory and 3 swimming pools! I enjoyed staying at this place. My room was very spacious and comfortable with entrance to a pool. Good breakfast and service. Hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. Will stay here for sure next time!!! Highly recommend for staying at Karon Beach.

Our Thai Caron Holiday
The resort is quiet, peaceful, tropical and beautiful. It is an hours drive from Phuket airport but the scenery on the way to the resort is rather stunning. We also saw a variety of monuments and temples along the way.

Centara Karon Resort Phuket is the best!
Great place to stay and unwind in a lovely tropical setting. The daily happy hour buy 1 get 1 free was well utilized during our stay as the weather was very hot. The breakfast buffet was great and our deluxe pool view room was lovely and spacious and on the ground floor so we could walk straight from our room to the pool area. We would stay again. This is also a good resort for families with young kids with a good playground and wet play area with a water slide in the family pool.

Lovely hotel and lovely people
Very nice hotel in a good environment. A lot of shops and restaurants to walk to. Also a very nice massage boutique (NIN). The staff is very kind and helpfull. Good cleaning and nice food for breakfast. Also nice food for diner, but a little bit expensive. 3 swimmingpools with poolbars and a slide. Nice for old en young ones. Tips to go to: big buddha temple, elephant sactuary to take care of the elephants, island trip, phuket old town night market, waterpark and the other night markets near by. Good tip for using minibus: bolt app.

Relaxing family holiday
We have a lovely time in Thailand and Karon Beach is a perfect spot for a family holiday. Local people were friendly and helpful. Lovely meals had at the local restaurants and also the food at the resort restaurant was delicious. Plenty to do and see as well as relaxing by the pools. We would stay at Centara Karon Resort again.

Great family friendly resort
Great family friendly resort. My kids love the pool and was in there everyday. Excellent location and staff are all friendly. The Room and bathroom is a bit outdated and can see visible signs of repair but it’s good for the price and location.

Had a pleasant stay at Centata Karon
The highlight of this resort is its location. It is in proper middle of phuket from where everyday tourist destination is near by. Its a perfect place to stay whether you are coming with family or solo.

Great place to stay.
Great service, great and handy food with lots of choices in a variety of open and very spacious rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location to the rest of the town with great views from the rooms. Every thing seems very well organised.
