Un expected children hotel but we loving it

Very clean, good air-con, ev charger
The room was very clean and new. All staff was helpful especially security guard. Checking-out’s very easy! This hotel also has EV-charger!!!

Recommendation
Room is very good and good view. I will come back. Near area by walking has the restaurants that is good and not too expensive. i will recommend to friends. But restaurant service at hotel need to improve.

Centara Sonrisa Residences & Suites Sriracha Very good Room and service
Room and Pool are very Good for kid. Room is clean and big for family. On Saturday Have movie show on beach. Swimming in the sea is not possible here, and the swimming pool is not suitable for adults. However, there are other activities such as VR games and a kids' room. We had a problem at the restaurant in the evening. The food was served slowly and the management was not good enough. The staff did not give us our reservation number from the start of the meal. This led to us having to stand and queue for food. We were not satisfied with the restaurant, but the other parts were great.

good service, kid's pool is good. the kids enjoy playing foam. however, the hotel is quite small. could be crowded to come on the consecutive holiday. Breakfast is general like others 4 stars hotel. The room is like living in condominium.

Good Experience
The rooms are quite good according to the brand's standards, but big problem about ant in room and restaurant. Towels a bit old or maybe caused from water quality. Some receptionist are not very enthusiastic and needs to be improved. Honestly one student trainee from Khonkhen is working better than male front staff. Tanmey Front sup took all my comments, she is very good. Thank again for front lady who give me room upgrade due to original room problem, sorry I don't have her name Khun Bank at Bar also good ka, Overall is good. Will come back to stay again.

Good memoried at Centara.
Good memoried at Centara sonrisa residence & suites hotel at Sriracha, Chonburi. The swimming pool, hotel room and over all environments inside the hotel is good. We will come back again in next time.

kid love this place Comfort in the accommodation is good. Delicious breakfast friendly to children But the entrance to the accommodation is quite complicated and there is not enough parking for a holiday.

It really was a good vacaton
We have had an amazing time there, perfect for families. Definitely stay here again. Everyone loved the food and facilities.Thanks to the Khun Foon and Khun Aom to the kind and hard workers.It really was a very good vacation.

Good for family
The hotel is not big but plenty of convenience facilities. Room is clean and full of amenities. My kids really enjoyed playing water park. Staffs are good and service-minded But crowded on the weekend

Minimal hotel with warm welcome staff. Suitable for family with kids. Stayed during covid period but hotel was well prepared to prevent guests with many alcohol gel, distancing. Minimal pool, beach was not able to walk down due to stones
