An Unexpected Oasis in the Ubon Heat
A very well maintained and clean modern hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The only negative is it's rather isolated location from downtown, although it does have an excellent, extensive mall next door

Luxurious
The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms are very plush and luxurious. Excellent breakfast buffet with both Asian and western menu. Nice touch is the in room snack bar. A very comfortable and pleasant experience.

New Hotel with Great Values
It was comfortable to stay at a brand new hotel with modern amenities. The staff was helpful, especially Nattapol, who directed us to excellent Isaan food and the entertainment venues. When he saw us the following days, he would ask us about his recommendations. Ubon food was fabulous; only wish the music venues played more Mor Lam music.

Very good hotel, we can say it was the best hotel in our vacation this time. งานบริการดีมากพนักงานทุกคนยิ้มแย้มต้อนรับน้อมน้อมทุกคน ดูแล้วรู้สึกอบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง พนักงานแม่ย้านพ่อบ้านก็อรรศยาสัยดีน้อมน้อม ห้องและที่นอนนุ่มสะอาดมากนอนหลับสบายไร้เสียงรบกวน บริเวณรอบๆมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมายมีห้างร้าน และร้านอาหารสะดวกสบาย เดินทางไม่ไกลจากสนาบิน เราจะกลับมาพักอีกแต่นอนในโอกาสต่อไป

+ Very clean and nice, new hotel, with pool and good food (thai and european). Coffee corner and pool bar also available. - Small smoking area, only 1 little table

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable stay with heart-warming staff. Hotel environment is very nice. Breakfast was great. There is huge shopping mall (Central Robinson) next to the hotel which is 5 minutes walk away. The mall has excellent food establishments with many options plus a good supermarket. For me, location of the hotel is very convenient especially when you drive.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly, very helpful and kind. Good service. Nice and extremely clean room. Good location and good facilities. Highly recommendable the hotel. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

Great stay
We stayed as a family with 3 kids. Very supportive people in the hotel and also at outdoor pool site. Best service and new facilities, very friendly staff. Highly recommended for its price/value. Central located.
