Second stay at centara ladprao
The room is exactly the same as I stay here 10years ago. Even the room is quiet old but it is clean and staff is nice and always offer for help. The food for meeting is excellent.

Best place I ever stayed at Bangkok
Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Beds are well made, view of Bangkok from rooms are great. Elevators are many and really fast. The hotel is attached to big shopping mall with plenty of outside food restaurant options. You can have food in the hotel with many Centra Grand restaurants including rooftop bar. It's better option than many other pricier hotel I stayed ion past. Many spas are nearby area in walking distance. Very safe neighbourhood to walk around even at night time.

Excellent Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok
I stayed at Centara (Ladprao) for ba business trip that lasted 8 days. I wish I could stay longer.. Excelllent in all aspects. the service, the kind request by hotel to participate in green initiatives, the laundry is excellently washed, the food was awesome, and the room is clean. The indoor tea, indoor coffee, and water are also excellent. What struck me is that truly Centara grand has distinguished itself in business travel. the bed, the pillows, the shower, the adequacy of provisions, and even the excellent variety of food (Thai, Western, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indian) were all in a good mix. I wish I stayed more.

I would come again as it is nearby to a mall and train station to airport. It is very convenient and wheelchair friendly too.

3-Days business stay
The Hotel was in a strategic location for my business trip with good food, great service and nice rooms. However the noise level perpetuated by loud adult voices and screaming children running around the room corridors was not conducive to a restful night.

Overnight in Bangkok
Hotel was great; Look, feel, location, facilities, room…everything. Totally exceeded our expectations, just a shame we were only there for one night. We had a drink at the Rooftop Bar which was a great experience with great views.

Perfect for stop over before flying from Don Muang Airport
Have stayed here many times on business. Decided to use the hotel as a stopover for one night before flying out of Don Muang airport. Rooms very reasonably priced, comfortable and excellent breakfast. Right next door to a huge mall if you want some retail therapy.

Home away from home.
I love the hotel's location. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My room was spotless and incredibly every day. The amenities, including breakfast and dinner at restaurant were top.

I have been staying at this hotel both work and leisure. And they take feedback seriously and implement them right away. I saw a lot of improvement since last time I stayed here. Def hotel that i will recommend

Enjoyed Our Stay
The hotel staff made our stay wonderful, were very welcoming, and showed us where to go sightseeing and shopping. Chef Arun Nag served us Indian chai and parathas, which added a special touch to the already great breakfast.

6 day 5 night stay at Centara Grnad hote;
I arrived pretty early before my check-in time. The staff was very helpful and got us a room much earlier than the stated check-in time. Hobeslty the hotel was just great in overral. the ambience was good everything was neat, clean, and structurally beautiful. How helpful the staff was really made our stay so much better.

My favorite yearly retreat
One of my favorite hotels in Bangkok conveniently located next to the MRT and BTS with lots of eateries and shops just next door. Very sincere and honest staff who even found my lost of 1pc of diamond earrings and returned it.
