About the Menu
The white plates were filled with a variety of beautiful sweets that shined like white jewelry, including a mixed berry and vanilla mousse topped with chocolate snowflakes, a white chocolate mousse dome filled with passion fruit jelly, and a Mont Blanc made with lily bulb, a rare ingredient for a sweet treat. The savory is also available in the form of a cold dessert. For savory dishes, we have included a luxurious menu using seasonal ingredients, such as confit of yellowtail and quiche of lily root and eel. A Thai-inspired dish, Thai-style Shiratama Zenzai with coconut is also on offer.
The tree-shaped stand, which has been well-received since its opening, will be lined up like a white nut with seven kinds of lovely bite-sized sweets, including vanilla cookies in the shape of snowflakes, white macaroons with orange-scented cream cheese, snowballs, and elderflower guimauve. As a welcome drink, a non-alcoholic cocktail with a mellow aroma and refreshing aftertaste will be served, combining brown rice tea, manuka honey, and rose syrup.
