スタッフが冷たい
到着時に、玄関のスタッフは私たちの到着を無視し、荷物も運んでくれなかった。70歳以上の両親と小学の子供たちと一緒に、自力で荷物を部屋まで運ぶことになった。これまで5つ星の高級ホテルでは、体験したことのないことです。ガッカリ～もう利用しない～お勧めもできません！！Date of stay : May 2024
